What is Next Game Plan?
Next Game Plan is a career transition program for professional women footballers, presented by PIF in partnership with Concacaf. It's the roadmap from the pitch to the boardroom — built to help athletes turn what they already are into what they're going to lead.
Who is it for?
For professional women footballers — active, in transition, or recently retired. Next Game Plan is designed for athletes who want to take what they built on the field and turn it into a real career inside the sports industry, with the tools to write that next chapter on their own terms.

Next Game Plan builds the key tools for your professional transition: leadership, in-depth understanding of the sports industry, executive communication, strategic networking, personal branding, digital fluency, and financial literacy, among others. Every tool is designed to support you and take you toward your next professional destination.
Who is behind it?
Next Game Plan combines the vision of Concacaf and PIF with real industry experience. Its academic and editorial content was developed together with players who have built distinguished careers both on and off the field, in partnership with Virtus Sports Group, specialists in sports strategy and innovation.
How is the program evolving?
Next Game Plan keeps evolving. We're adding virtual and in-person master classes, mentorship programs with industry leaders, and new practical tools to support every player on her path to her next professional destination. Every chapter of the program opens the door to the next.
